Winston spent the last 20 years driving business development initiatives in the Latin American region for various leading business consulting firms, including Grant Thornton International Ltd (GTIL).

He has first-hand experience in dealing with cross-border businesses.  Throughout his career Winston has lived in Brazil, Ecuador, US and the UK.  In addition, he has always had an interest in languages and cultures.

Winston has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, USA.

He speaks Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese.
